Swedish Massage

This is the most common type of massage. Swedish Massage involves soft, long, kneading strokes, as well as light, rhythmic, tapping strokes, on topmost layers of muscles. This is also combined with movement of the joints. In Swedish therapy it can be relaxing and energizing.

Therapeutic Massage

Is the mobilization of soft tissue. The objective is to improve circulation and muscle function, release scar tissue and produce relaxation.

Sports Massage

Sports Massage is geared toward athletes. Focusing on areas of the body that are overused and stressed from repetitive and often aggressive movements . It emphasizes prevention and healing of injuries to the muscles and tendons.

Reflexology Massage

It is is the application of appropriate pressure to specific points and areas on the feet, hands, or ears. They all respond to all glands, organs, and parts of the body.

Deep Tissue Massage

Deep Tissue focuses on the deeper layer of the muscles and fascia.
